Pet Grooming Branding | PSYCHO


THE CHALLENGE
The project challenge was to create a brand identity and packaging for a pet grooming brand called PSYCHO, which aimed to reflect the crazy side of pets.

The founders of Darling Pets PVT LTD approached Glint with the task of developing a brand that would stand out in the crowded online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. As a direct-to-consumer brand, it was crucial to create a packaging design that would be distinctive and eye-catching, ensuring that the brand would be noticed amidst the competition on the virtual shelves.

Logo Concept
Unleashing the crazy side
​​​​​​​The logo captures the essence of the word “PSYCHO” by incorporating an eye within the letter “O.” This symbolizes the crazy side and adds an element of intrigue. Additionally, we included a playful touch by integrating a dog’s silhouette with its tongue playfully extending outside the letterform.

Playfulness
The logo design brings a sense of playfulness which resonates with the target audience’s fun-loving nature.

Typography
The typography of the logo complements the name “Psycho” with a playful and engaging style. The typeface chosen maintains a harmonious connection to the overall concept, enhancing the visual appeal.



BRANDING
The choice of a dog’s silhouette emphasizes companionship, and the joy of owning a furry friend. Designed to embody the brand’s vision of enhancing your furry friend’s natural charm, our logo brings together elements that reflect both the playful spirit of pets and the elegance of grooming.

Adding a touch of charm and playfulness, the dog’s tongue playfully extends outside the silhouette. This element not only represents the enjoyment and satisfaction pets experience during grooming but also hints at the fun and delightful experience owners can expect when using PSYCHO’s products.



PACKAGING
The packaging concept revolves around a playful and confident tone, aiming to create a memorable and engaging experience. It features crazy pictures of pets in whimsical poses, capturing their unique personalities, while incorporating playful doodles that add a touch of creativity. The color palette consists of cute pastel shades, evoking a sense of charm and innocence. A consistent packaging identity is maintained, with strategic placement of the brand elements and a typography style that aligns with the brand’s playful tone. This packaging concept ensures a cohesive and visually appealing design that reflects the brand’s confident and innovative personality.
